MACHINING CAPACITY:

At Dixon Tool and Manufacturing we make prototype and machine replacement parts.  Generally this work is limited to one or two pieces and is toleranced at approximately  +/- .005mm (.0002 in.) or less.

The majority of this work is done using CNC Mills,    CNC Lathes, surface and cylindrical grinders as well as jig grinders. This is a large portion of our work but not the limit of our capabilities.

We also build inspection, assembly, and staging fixtures for our valued customers.

Large-quantity production is competitively priced and is always available.
